Before Your Purchase
Purchases are final and will not be refunded. Chargebacks result in a permanent ban.
Ranks are cosmetic and give convenience perks only; nothing in the store affects PvP.
Every rank unlocks kill effects, arrow trails and chat emotes. Pick yours in game with /cosmetics.
After Your Purchase
Your rank is delivered to the username you logged in with, usually within a minute, even if you're offline. Taken longer than 24 hours? Get support in our Discord.
